Last August the formidable DjRUM stepped up with the release of his fantastic album Portrait With Firewood on R&S, when it comes to us, surely one of the albums of last year. On the one hand side, the nine tracker is a declaration of love of the former Jazzer to his period of training when it comes to the piano, on the other it is a manifestation of the broken beats we love him for. Be it in the studio or behind the decks, the Brit Felix Manuel always convinces with thrill. When it comes to his sets in between Drum N Bass, Acid, House, Techno and Jungle, nothing is predictable and therefore everything at a 100% interesting. Our second guest of the night is Matrixxman. Over the past years, the chosen futurist Charles Duff constantly scored with his interpretation of hammeringTechno and Acid, released on labels such as Ghostly International, Delft or Dekmantel. At the same time, the American became a regular at the festival reincarnation of the latter one. The night will be completed by our residents Glaskin. 

DjRUM sorgte zuletzt im August 2018 mit seinem Album Portrait With Firewood auf R&S Records für Furore.   Die neunteilige LP ist zum einen die Liebeserklärung des ursprünglichen Jazzers an seinen Lehrstuhl, das Piano, zum anderen jenes ungerades Beat-Gebastle, das wir so an ihm schätzen. Ob im Studio oder on stage, der Brite Felix Manuel überzeugt mit Nervenkitzel. Nichts in seinen Drum N Bass angehauchten, Acid House gezuckerten und zwischen Franzen-Techno und Jungle verorteten Sets ist vorhersehbar – und macht sie genau deshalb so immens interessant. Der zweite Protagonist unserer Spätsendezeit ist Matrixxman. Der eigens erkorene Futurist Charles Duff punktete die vergangenen Jahre über konsequent mit stichfesten Indizien in Form von klar definiertem Techno und Acid. Ins Freie gelangten seine gut gefütterten und Tiefen unterwanderten Erzeugnisse bis dato über hochkarätige Labels  wie Ghostly International, Delft oder Dekmantel, auf dessen Festival-Mutter der Amerikaner mittlerweile zur glorreichen Stamm-Garde gehört. Die Nacht rund machen wird unser Resident-Gebrüder-Duo und Kellerkind-Aushängeschild Glaskin.
