I found Vakula’s new LP „Metaphors” two weeks ago at Hard Wax in Berlin. I really enjoy listening to ambient at the moment which was the reason why I bought this record after only skipping through it very quickly. Back at home, pretty hungover and being honest pretty down, too, I was making breakfast in the kitchen when the song “Tale Of The Eternal Thought“ caught my attention and dragged me into the living room. It’s an incredible 14 minutes trip. Very psychedelic, meditative and (especially on this Tuesday morning) very healing to me.
