Unchained #4 reveals it’s full lineup!

Unchained, Munich’s indoor and outdoor dance music marathon, celebrates it’s last dance at Blitz Club and it’s scenic Posthof open air courtyard this August 2025 with a whopping 36hour sensation before reaching out to new shores. Longer than ever and with a dazzling lineup to mark the festival’s final celebration at the iconic club & posthof!

What began as a gathering to connect generations of the dance music scenes in Munich, Berlin, and Vienna has since outgrown all expectations—evolving into a spirited celebration of dance music that sidesteps social media clout in favour of open, diverse communities, with opening concerts on Saturday evening in the Posthof from no one less than James Holden & Waclaw Zimpel, Simon Popp and Spoil, feauturing Rosa Anschütz besides Jonas Yamer & Till Funke from Carl Gari.

Unchained #4 brings back all the ingredients that made it a favourite from the start: now not just a 32-, but a 36-hour celebration, with a wide-ranging lineup featuring emerging talents and established tastemakers from across the globe—and standout live shows, too. But above all: a vibrant community.
The event unfolds across Blitz Club’s renowned BLITZ and PLUS floors—both praised for their outstanding sound—plus the notorious Bistro floor inside Blitz Bar & Bistro’s dining room. And of course: the stunning Posthof open-air stage, right behind the club, offering open-air dance magic by day.

UNCHAINED, München’s Indoor- & Open-Air-Party-Marathon – feiert im August 2025 sein letztes Fest im Blitz Club und dem angrenzenden Posthof. Ganze 36 Stunden lang geht das Festival diesmal über die Bühne, bevor es zu neuen Ufern aufbricht – länger denn je und mit einem beeindruckenden Line-up zum großen Finale an diesem besonderen Ort.

Was einst als Festival der Begegnung für die unterschiedlichen Generationen von Szenen aus München, Berlin und Wien begann, ist längst über sich hinausgewachsen: zu einem leidenschaftlichen Fest der elektronischen Musik, das sich bewusst gegen Social-Media-Hypes stellt und stattdessen auf Offenheit, Diversität und Gemeinschaft setzt. Den Auftakt am Samstagabend machen Konzerte im Posthof von niemand Geringerem als James Holden & Wacław Zimpel, Simon Popp und Spoil – das neue Projekt von Rosa Anschütz mit Jonas Yamer & Till Funke von Carl Gari.

Unchained #4 bringt noch einmal all das zurück, was das Festival von Beginn an so besonders gemacht hat: nun aber nicht mehr 32, sondern 36 Stunden lang, mit einem weit gefächerten Line-up aus aufstrebenden Talenten und etablierten Größen aus aller Welt – inklusive herausragender Live-Auftritte. Doch im Zentrum steht wie immer: die Community.

Das Event bespielt sämtliche Räume des Blitz Clubs: die BLITZ– und PLUS-Floors, beide bekannt für ihre exzellente Klangqualität; den berüchtigten Bistro Floor im namensgebenden Blitz Bar & Bistro – und natürlich den atemberaubenden Open-Air-Floor im Posthof, gleich hinter dem Club, wo samstags und sonntags tagsüber unter freiem Himmel getanzt wird.
