This year started with a big bang for Answer Code Request, when thinking of the release of his latest album Gens on Ostgut Ton. The fact that these timeless 12 tracks, which dive deep into the off-roads of the 4/4 spectrum, also totally work on the dance floor, got proven with his massive love set which he presented for his release party at Blitz back in February. Complex string parts meet a super sharp and on point drum programming, while bass lines and synths merge to form the base of ACR’s hyper attractive productions. The man behind the moniker, Patrick Gräser, surprised and excites us for quite some time. A man who definitely knows what he is doing, style and quality are always on the highest level, also when it comes to his DJing, that he’ll once more prove. In charge of guiding you into and out of the night, will be our newbies Glaskin as well as our grand maestro Roland Appel.
Answer Code Request startete mit seinem auf Ostgut Ton erschienenen Album Gens lautstark ins Jahr. Die Dancefloor-Tauglichkeit des zeitlos-eindrucksvollen Zwölf-Trackers, stellte er bereits bei der Release Party im Februar im Rahmen seines Live-Sets unter Beweis und klopfte ihn uns behutsam in die Lauschorgane. Angenehm-komplexe Flächen-Parts, knackig auf den Punkt gebrachte Drum-Konstruktionen und sich auftürmende Bass und Synthie Lines bugsieren ACRs Produktionen auf eine hochattraktive Ebene. Patrick Gräser, so der bürgerliche Name unseres Gastes, weiß eben seit einer Weile zu begeistern und beherrscht sein Fach bestens. Nicht anders ist es stilistisch und qualitativ um die DJ-Sets des Berghain-Resident bestellt, an deren Exquisite wir nun erfreulicherweise erneut teilnehmen. Die Nacht einleiten und ausklingen lassen, werden unsere mit einer ordentlichen Portion Talent gesegneten Jungfüchse Glaskin, und unser sattelfester Maestro Roland Appel.
