Mano Le Tough and Roman Flügel are two mainstays of the international club circuit known for lush and melodic, highly refined house sounds with a beautifully clouded vibe – friends of mellow and tender grooves, rejoice! Along with our resident vince, they keep it cool among the hot august temperatures and marry jubilance with insight in their spectacular sets.
There’s a multitude of details to uncover between the functional and dance floor orientated productions and their often explorative and expressive album releases. Whereas Roman Flügel from the Rhein-Main area has been active as a DJ since the early 90s and Mano Le Tough started out as a DJ in Ireland in 00s, both have covered a wide range of styles in their productions and mixes. Rightfully dubbed chameleonic, Roman Flügel has travelled a wide range of styles from ambient, idm to house, techno, electro and leftfield, handling each with distinctive elegance and a fine understanding of the abstract and the organic.
Mano Le Tough recent album > At The Moment < shows him reconnecting with the organic, band orientated sound he grew up with as a teenager, yet brimming with his signature, overcast glee that might just be distinctively Irish. The fine and tender line between House & Techno is our resident vince speciality – he’ll set the stage accordingly for Roman Flügel and Mano Le Tough and get you in the mindset with skilfully selected grooves.

Mano Le Tough und Roman Flügel sind zwei zentrale FIguren der internationalen Clubszene. Sie sind bekannt für mannigfaltige, melodische House-Sounds, die einen wunderbar luftigen Vibe mit sich bringen. Genau wie unser Resident vince bleiben sie während der heißen Sommerzeit cool und erfrischen euch mit ihren außergewöhnlichen Sets!
Im Werk beider Künstler finden sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen programmatischen und eher Club-orientierten Releases eine Vielzahl an spannenden Details. Während Roman Flügel, aus dem Rhein-Main Gebiet stammend, bereits seit den frühen 90er Jahren als Künstler aktiv ist, begann Mano Le Tough seine musikalische Reise als DJ in den 00er Jahren in Irland. Beide decken in ihren Produktionen und Sets eine Bandbreite an unterschiedlichen Styles ab: von Ambient und IDM über House bis zu Techno und Electro hat Roman Flügel einem breiten Spektrum an Genres seinen eigenem Stempel aufgedrückt, wobei er stets ein feines Verständnis für das Spiel mit Abstaktion und Natürlichkeit zeigt. Mano Le Toughs aktuelles Album > At the Moment < besticht mit einem eher band-orientierten Sound, der von seinen Einflüssen als Teenager in diversen Bands geprägt ist. Der Sound wird dennoch von einer – vielleicht spezifisch irischen? – bewölkt-trüben Heiterkeit getragen.
Im Grenzgebiet zwischen House und Techno hat unser Resident vince seine Stammposition. Mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Grooves bringt euch vom Beginn des Abends an in Stimmung!
