Two British techno veterans team up with a rising talent, straight outta Munich, for a night of compelling and vigorous beats. We roll out the carpet for our guests: our very own resident Bashkka as well as the two well-respected British institutions Luke Slater and Ø [Phase]. The latter two have been shaping the sound of the United Kingdom for decades now with thrilling work under a whole array of different aliases and different musical approaches, and have even worked together under the Roog Unit moniker.
They both convince with an old school and puristic approach to Techno that’s conservative in the best of ways, focussed on the classic, historic and timeless qualities of techno, yet open and curious about all of today’s music and styles that share and equal this impact. Ø [Phase] chooses a rather subliminal and hypnotic approach that is subtly but effectively aware of all rhythmic variations and twists of today’s contemporary (UK-)break-techno which has enriched today’s landscape. Luke Slater though likes to shine with skillfully-understated (tech-)house- orientated influences and grooves.
Our resident Bashkka plays sexy & seductive grooves of the determined and relentless sort with self-confidence and strong emphasis from the brinks of House, Techno and Electro and reliably gets every crowd and dancefloor sweating and moving.

Heute Abend beehren uns zwei britische Techno-Veteranen und ein aufstrebendes Talent aus München für eine Nacht druckvoller und treibender Grooves: Vorhang auf für unsere Resident Bashkka und die beiden britischen Institutionen Luke Slater und Ø [Phase] haben dem Sound Detroits seit jeher mit ihren vielfältigen Projekten eine britische Perspektive geschenkt und selbst auch im Rahmen des Roog Unit Projekt kollaboriert. Beide überzeugen auch heute mit einem puristischen und konservativem Ansatz im besten Sinne, denn sie sind sich die zeitlosen Qualitäten des Technos der alten Schule bestens verinnerlicht, aber immer auf der Suche nach den neusten und spannendsten Klängen, die mit dieser Kraft mithalten können. Ø [Phase] wählt einen eher unterbewussten und hypnotischen Zugang, der sich subtil und gewinnbringend die rhythmische Vielfalt der heutigen Breaktechno-Szene aneignet, wohingegen Luke Slater die inspirierende Einflüsse meist im (Tech-)House findet. Unsere Resident Habibi Bashkka spielt aufreizende und verführerische Beats der selbstbewussten und entschlossenen Sorte aus den Bereichen House, Techno und Elektro und bringt damit jeden Danceloor in Bewegung und zum Schwitzen
