The musical tale of the Iranian born and US grown up vanguard started in Washington D.C., where he formed the Grammy-awarded duo Deep Dish in cooperation with Sharam Tayebi. Ali Shirazinia hinterlässt Feuer auf dem Dancefloor. Die musikalische Reise des in Iran geborenen und in den USA aufgewachsenen Vordenkers beginnt in Washington D.C., wo er nach Anfängen als DJ in den dort verorteten Clubs, in Zusammenarbeit mit Sharam Tayebi das mit einem Grammy ausgezeichnete Duo Deep Dish ins Leben rief. Auf dem Gipfel ihres Erfolges, beschlossen die beiden Durchstarter sich auf ihre musikalischen Wurzeln zu berufen und begannen ihre Solo-Karrieren zu verfolgen: das Projekt Dubfire war geboren.
