Keep to our wood-framed BLITZ floor onboard if you’re inclined to driving Techno and below deck if you wanna feel the soul and funk on our House-orientated PLUS floor tonight.

Kia’s IDM-inspired, Bass and Break driven sound is marked by a chilling cool, but watch out: her mixes are red hot! If you haven’t witnessed the Italian Techno veteran and close Blitz friend Freddy K’s magic yet, you ought to catch up fast: Alessio Armeni’s dedicated old-school, hands-on vinyl-approach injects an irresistible magic into the rigid-machine funk. Elemental and timeless Techno, driven to perfection: that’s Freddy K. The two following back to back sets will prove supernatural symbiosis between the booth and the crowd. Fadi Mohem, the analogue-loving Berlin shootingstar joins forces with Don Williams and his gripping brand of psychedelica, while our very own resident Muallem, a slave to the groove, teams up with another one of Berlin’s most exciting youngstars: Victor. Their joint love for grounded and earthy grooves will keep you raving to the late morning hours, guaranteed.

There are more good friends of the Blitz Club on the PLUS floor with its focus on House-music tonight. Carlos Valdes, the enthusiastic selector behind Amsterdam’s queer IsBurning parties, with its focus on the blithe fusion of House & Techno, goes back to back with the effervescent, kaleidoscopic selections of our international regular Paquita Gordon. “Excitement” is a bland understatement when we think about our anticipation regarding their set. More thrilling back to backs come from Ed Karney b2b Sindicato del Baile and Yamour & Jesse G. More life-affirming grooves, more excitement, more party!

Freddy K steht für elementaren, zeitlosen Techno. Ein back to back der besonderen Sorte erwartet euch von Fadi Mohem und Don Williams, denn hier trifft ein analog-affiner Shootingstar trifft auf den erfahrenen Mojuba-Records Betreiber und seinen fesselnden, psychedelischen Sound. Last but not least wird euch Victor mit seiner Vorliebe für erdige Grooves euch garantiert bis in die späten Morgenstunden treiben.

Der Plus-Floor, der ganz im Namen des House steht, empfängt noch weitere gute Freund*innen des Blitz-Clubs. Carlos Valdes, der enthusiastische Selektor hinter den queeren IsBurning-Partys in Amsterdam, die sich auf die luftige Schnittstelle zwischen House und Techno konzentrieren, wird von der schillernden, weitreichenden Auswahl unseres internationalen Stammgastes Paquita Gordon ergänzt.
