Freddy K’s mythical-marathon sets are a rite of passage for many techno fans and connoisseurs, and of course rapturously received at Blitz. His various contributions to the scene, whether it’s radio shows, booking agencies, record stores or music labels were just as much about the essence of Techno as well the with the community in mind. Key Vinyl, > a techno label for DJs < was founded in 2011 shortly after he relocated to Berlin and is about bringing the world more of the essential, pure distilled Techno sounds that form Alessio Armani’s infamous sets. It goes without further ado that Key Vinyl is an all vinyl label, right?
Aside from one of Freddy K’s sets, there’s many more stunning contributions to prove the diversity of Key Vinyl approach. Tasha adds groove-laden UK flavours to the pot, while Rebecca Dalle Piane interprets the Key Vinyl approach with an analogue-textured sense of narcotic hypnotism and a hint of breakbeat. CTRLS from Copenhagen performs a hybrid set – an interesting, contrasting approach to the imprint’s all vinyl policy! – for fast-paced, highly effective and magnetizing dance music.
Staying true to the fruitful polarity of club music from House & Techno we open up for PLUS floor for soulful House sounds. Originally from Munich, Panorama Bar resident Virginia relocated to Portugal and is, alongside our very own Muallem, back to elevate all the dancers with sensual cuts. Yamour knows all about the golden ratio between the timeless classics, functional tools and eccentric grooves in her sets – four years of working at Berlin’s esteemed Hard Wax record store certainly don’t go unnoticed!

Die Marathon-artigen Sets des italienischen Techno-Veteranen Freddy K sind nicht umsonst szeneübergreifend wie auch im Blitz gerühmt.
Mit seinen verschiedenen Tätigkeiten leistete er über die Jahre wichtige Szenebeiträge und ganz gleich, ob es Radioshows, Booking-Agenturen, Plattenläden oder Musiklabels waren: im Zentrum stand immer die Community und die puristische Essenz des Techno.
Key Vinyl, > a techno label for DJs < wurde 2011 kurz nach seinem Umzug nach Berlin gegründet und beliefert die Welt mit den hochprozentigen Techno-Sounds bringen, die Alessio Armani’s berühmte Sets ausmachen. Dass Key Vinyl ein reines Vinyl-Label ist, versteht sich bei Freddy K’s Hands-On Mentalität von selber.
Neben einem von Freddy Ks Sets gibt es noch weitere spannende Sets, welche die Vielfalt des Key Vinyl-Kosmos zeigen. Tasha spielt mit Techno mit dezidiert britischem Einschlag, während Rebecca Dalle Piane die Key Vinyl-Formel mit analogen und hypnotischen Klangfarben, als auch mit Hauch von Breakbeat interpretiert. CTRLS aus Kopenhagen spielt ein hybrides Live-Set – ein interessanter und kontrastreicher Ansatz zur Vinyl-Only Politik des Labels! – für rasante und effektive, mitreißende Grooves.
Der clubkulturellen Polarität aus House & Techno treu bleibend, öffnen wir für PLUS den Floor für gefühlvolle House-Sounds. Ursprünglich aus München stammend, ist die Panorama Bar Resident Virginia nach Portugal umgezogen und ist zusammen mit unserem Resident Muallem zurück, um Tänzer*innen mit sinnlichen Cuts zu begeistern. Yamour weiß um den goldenen Schnitt zwischen zeitlosen Klassikern, funktionalen Tools und exzentrischen Grooves in ihren Sets – vier Jahre Arbeit in Berlins geschätztem Plattenladen Hard Wax bleiben nicht unbemerkt!
