To kick off March in style, World League shows up with a key protagonist of the German Electronic music scene at our wheels, an artist who needs no real introduction: DJ Koze. May it be his early collaboration with International Pony, his several never-getting-old Kompakt productions, his mighty remix catalogue for the likes of Caribou, Matthew Dear or Moderat, his creative work as Pampa curator, his contribution to high-valued mix series or his latest über-hit Pick Up—Stefan Kozalla established himself as an ironic-iconic jack of all trades over the last two and a half decades. Prepare yourselves, it’s gettin’ cozy! World League’s René Vaitl rounds off the musical bill on BLITZ floor, while the one on PLUS focuses on two Molten Moods craftsmen. On the one hand it’s Jonas Yamer, the imprint’s director, on the other one Kareem El Morr, who’s next EP on the outlet will be unveiled soon. Expect some abstract, tough and joyful tunes by these well-known Munich faces.

Zum März Kick-Off fährt World League mit einem Schlüssel-Protagonisten der deutschen, elektronischen Musik-Szene an die Startlinie, einem Künstler, dem es kaum einer Vorstellung bedarf: DJ Koze. Sei es seine frühe Kollaboration mit International Pony, seine zahlreich-langlebigen Kompakt-Produktionen, sein dekadent gefüllter Remix-Katalog für Caribou, Matthew Dear oder Moderat, seine Kreativ-Arbeit als Pampa-Kurator, seine Beiträge zu diversen hochkarätigen Mix-Serien oder sein letzter Über-Hit Pick Up — Stefan Kozalla hat sich in den vergangenen zweieinhalb Dekaden als ironisch-ikonischen Meister aller Schubladen etabliert. Kurzum, es wird cozy! World League’s René Vaitl rundet das musikalische Programm auf dem BLITZ Floor ab, während sich das auf dem PLUS Floor auf zwei Artists aus dem Molten-Moods-Stall fokussiert. Einerseits handelt es sich dabei um den Label-Kopf Jonas Yamer, anderseits um Kareem El Morr, dessen anstehende EP auf dem Imprint demnächst ein gebührendes Sprachrohr finden wird. Erwarten darf man von den beiden bekannten Münchener Vissagen abstrakte, ebenso ausdrucksstarke wie auch hochgradig tanzbare Tunes.
