SOMA invites you to the inaugural edition of ZOOM IN at Blitz Music Club – a Short Film Screening that delves into under-represented facets of the film industry, spotlighting them for closer examination. Featuring a full day of short films, discussions, and more, ZOOM IN promises to immerse you in lesser-known topics and narratives, igniting conversations that promise to resonate long after the event concludes.
With an all-FLINTA* (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and asexual) lineup, the first installment of ZOOM IN by SOMA brings together a diverse array of protagonists and storylines on screen, alongside the driving personalities and teams working behind the scenes.
The term > zoom < refers to the process of magnifying or diminishing an object’s appearance for the viewer.
Through ZOOM IN, SOMA aims to engage with a broad audience, dismantling existing barriers and fostering connections across different networks. Guests will have opportunities to mingle and make connections, all while enjoying refreshments and snacks at Blitz Restaurant throughout the day.
