Resident vince aka Leo Küchler presents the 5th edition of Blitzcast series

Leo Küchler has been popping up all over the place in recent months. Be it his curation of the worldwide acclaimed line ups of Lighthouse Festival Croatia & South Africa, a 3 week Central America Tour with Muallem & nd_baumecker, the completion of his first vinyl release on RFR-Records or, last but not least, his transitions into his new Alter Ego vince. This power of movement can definitely be felt when listening to every single of the 60 minutes when it comes to our resident’s Blitzcast. vince delivers a fresh mix in between his main keepers House and Techno. Constantly uplifting and surprisingly, exclusively with tracks from the nineties. No decision made, pure intuition. The diverse selection just won’t let you stand still, will instantly make you turn into play repeat mode and will push you straight onto the dance floor. Well done Leo, thank you so much.

A new imprint was added to Munich’s diverse label pool: keep an eye on RFR-Records

Since March 2018 a new imprint was added to Munich’s diverse label pool: RFR-Records. The label started with releasing a run of 12inches labelled Bavarian Stallion, a series featuring the music of some of Munich’s finest talent, such as Kareem El Morr, David Goldberg or Kessel Vale. The 5th instalment of this chronology was released in October. A 12inch diving a bit more into House territory with tracks by the likes of Marco Wachs, MN, Nihko and our resident Roland Appel. His contribution Speedball is well worth a listen, as is the rest of the release.

GROOVE mag’s last print edition features Peggy Gou cover story

These recent news struck in like a hammer. After nearly three decades and 175 issues, one of Germany’s most influential electronic music culture publications, GROOVE magazine, draws back from the print market. Right before GROOVE transforms into a strict online magazine, its last printed cover features Peggy Gou. It’s a true insightful and interesting story about one of the fastest rising heroes in our constantly changing and evolving industry and definitely worth reading. We are happy to welcome, Ms. Gou this Saturday! Farewell GROOVE… we’ll remain faithful to you, even if we’ll miss the ring of the postman!

Longtime resident Sascha Sibler presents Blitzcast 004

It’s time for Blitzcast 004! This time, our longtime resident Sascha Sibler presents a new mix. Sascha is a Jack of all trades who seamlessly manoeuvres in between minimalistic Chicago and Detroit with a constant focus for the dance floor. His sets are always smart, deep and pumpy at the same time while always combining melancholy with on point ecstatic moments. This very sensitive intuition also plays out when he finds time to meet up in the studio with long time production partner Daniel Bortz. This double trouble team seems to always have a potential for subtile and catchy tunes that slowly turn to evergreens, be it on Innervisions or Munich’s very own Permanent Vacation.

Our resident crew is even growing bigger these days. Welcome to the family, Sedef Adasi!

Our resident family is even growing bigger these days. We are happy to announce that no one else then Sedef Adasi joins the crew. In the past months the young girl from Augsburg convinced us with her diverse and captivating sets. Sedef bounces in between euphoric Techno, ruff House classics, space Disco and tough electro with elegance and ease. Her crowding reading is top notch, no wonder, as you can really feel how she interacts with the people in the club out of pure love. Our new resident also has lots of experience as promoter. With Hamam Nights, a monthly club night taking place at City club in Augsburg, she has fostered a welcoming home for the likes of DJ Stingray, Tama Sumo or Boris, thereby taking the nightlifes’ choices’ of the city to a whole new level. In May, Sedef played for Amsterdam’s top radio choice Red Light. The next chapter is given with the next instalment for our Blitzcast series, she especially curated for her resident announcement. Watch out for her playing Panorama Bar on September 29th as well as her next gig for us on October 26th. Welcome to the family, habibi!
